Drop Off: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you show up after 15 minutes passed your grooming scheduled start time your appointment may need to be cancelled for the day and rescheduled, and a $40 cancellation fee will be charged. Alternatively, if we are still able to accommodate your pet, a late fee may be charged, as late arrivals impact our schedule and may require staff to stay beyond regular hours. We understand that things happen so please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate.

Pick Up: Please arrive for pick up on time so that adequate cleaning can be done before the next groom. We understand that emergencies happen so please give us a call to coordinate.
