Temporary Colour
Add a playful pop of colour to your pup’s groom! Perfect for ears, tails or other small areas, our temporary colour typically washes out within 1–2 washes. We use OPAWZ Colour Chalk, a pet-safe, vegan and cruelty-free product that works best on lighter-coloured coats. Please note that temporary colour may transfer onto light clothing or furniture. Pricing varies depending on the area being coloured and the size of your pet.

Additional Charges

Some pets may require additional time, care or handling during their appointment. Additional charges may apply in the following situations:

Coat condition (de-matting, de-pelting, heavy de-shed) $10+
Extra handling $10+
Flea/tick discovery $30+

If fleas or ticks are discovered, you will be asked to pick up your pet so we can thoroughly clean and sanitize the salon and prevent exposure to other pets in our care. We would be happy to rebook your pet once they have been appropriately treated.

Holiday Deposit Policy

December is our busiest month of the year, and appointments are in high demand. To confirm your booking, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The deposit will be applied to your service on the day of your appointment. If you cancel, reschedule, or do not show up, the deposit will be forfeited. This policy helps us keep our schedule fair and available for all our clients during the holiday season.
